PAT testing is an important health and safety consideration for all businesses and organisations and employers have a legal responsibility to ensure that all electrical equipment used by employees is maintained in a safe condition. This can be done so by PAT testing through the visual and technical inspection of items.
Fresh Start is an organisation that helps people to set up their home following a period of homelessness through the provision of goods and services and offers practical support to prevent homelessness. By choosing Fresh Start to carry out your PAT testing, you are supporting the work of our charity and supporting training opportunities to provide the skills and confidence to move on to further employment.
All profits raised by the PAT testing business go back into the work of Fresh Start.
We are governed by SELECT and are fully insured and available for work across the central belt.

Had Brian with us over three half days to PAT test all of our office equipment.
Charming chap and very accommodating, worked quietly and efficiently and was no bother at all. Team carried on taking calls in the office and he worked around them to minimise business disruption.

We used Fresh Start for our PAT testing for our business. We were drawn to use them as they are a local company and a social enterprise. From the offset, from making a telephone enquiry, through to having the work carried out, they were so helpful and professional. The technician was very friendly and completed the work swiftly.
