Had a Ramsay ladder installed yesterday. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and all at a very reasonable price. Job was explained to me before hand with different options available. Quick responses to any questions beforehand. My ladder was completed in super quick time and all hoovered up afterwards. Both Neil and Rob were great to deal with. Couldn’t be happier.

Excellent communication and workmanship. Jobs always completed to very high standards. Neil takes great pride in each job he does and offers great value for money. He always cleans up after job finished and everything is left perfectly. Have used Elphinstone Joinery twice now and will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Neil at Elphinstone Joinery fitted our kitchen last autumn.
We are delighted with the result. He is a perfectionist and no ask was too big. He worked long hours to complete a job that turned out more complicated than first anticipated. I wouldn't highly recommend and not hesitate to use again.

We have had our whole house renovated and Neil has not only done all the joiner work, but also project managed the whole job for us. An absolutely BRILLIANT job. He has an excellent eye for detail and design and has made several suggestions to improve our plans that we were only too happy to adopt. I can honestly say that we wouldn't have the fantastic home we have without Neil - we cannot recommend his work more highly.

Neil has supplied and fitted internal doors throughout my home and built a fitted wardrobe in my sons bedroom. His attention to detail is amazing and his work is finished to a very high standard. Neil is professional and reliable and his prices are very competitive. I will definitely only use Elphinstone joinery in the future.

Elphinstone Joinery recently fitted a new rear door to our garage, made and fitted an extremely substantial outside back door to our utility room and replaced the door from our kitchen thru to the utility room. All this work was done for a very reasonable price, their quality of workmanship was first class and we would not hestitate to recommend them highly.

I cannot speak highly enough of Neil. He treats your home as if it was his own. Attention to detail as a perfectionist is utmost in his work. Neil and Cammie have supplied and fitted oak doors throughout our 4 bed detached home. Including beautiful French doors. He is in the process of fitting oak skirting boards. What a find Neil is! A true professional and with Cammie by his side they make a great couple of lads. Very hard to find a good carpenter but we found him. He has our 100% recommendation and will be the only carpenter we will use ever. Thank you Neil and Cammie.

Elphinestone Joinery is extremely hardworking and reliable to get the job completed on time. On several occasions weekend work was undertaken to ensure work was completed. The standard of the work was very high and nothing was too much trouble to ensure the work was completed to a very high standard.
I would not hesitate to recommend Elphinestone Joinery and will use them again whenever Joinery work is needed. There are very few Joinery companies (if any) that would put in the amount of effort that Elphinestone Joinery has to source the right materials and to keep the job within budget. Nothing was too much trouble.

Neil responded quickly to the initial request for a quote. In assessing the work required he took time to look at the problem and to consider potential solutions. On the day he carried out the repair he didn't rush his work, taking time to do it properly, and checked with us at different stages as to what he had uncovered and his suggestions for remediation. His work is of a very high standard and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

My wife and I were very impressed with Elphinstone Joinery from start to finish. When Neil came to have a look at the work we were wanting done we were both very impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge in the building trade. He took the time to discuss with us all our potential options and was sympathetic to our time and budget restrictions. When the job had started he was great he kept us up to date at every stage and there were no unexpected surprises. He supplied other trades (plumber, plasterer) they all worked well together and left a fantastic job. This is now the only contractor I will ever use and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The joinery work carried out by Neil has been top class.
We were renovating a large office and needed stud walls erected, Georgian skirting boards replaced/copied, doors fixed/replaced.
No job was too big or complicated for him and he is a reliable tidy joiner.
