I have had my windows cleaned for many years from this company and they come every 4 weeks to clean them and if they are unable to attend they inform you. Once they have cleaned your windows they put a leaflet through the door to say they have been. I do feel that the Water fed pole system has not cleaned the windows 100% on occasion as if there was a stubborn mark on the window this was not removed thoroughly, rather than being able to see the mark when up the ladder and ensure it is removed. However, overall the windows are cleaned well, good value and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a window cleaner.

This company's friendly and professional operatives have been cleaning my windows on a monthly basis for a number of years. They always arrive on the due date, or next available, weather permitting. A note with the date of cleaning and sum due is always left. I pay by direct debit and always receive an email advising that payment will shortly be taken. If for any reason there is to be a delay in getting the windows cleaned, eg staff illnesses, I always receive an explanation and apology by email.
The previous company switched to long reach hose/brushes which made an awful mess of my decking when they did my upstairs neighbour's windows. Diamond continues to use stepladders, sponges and wiper blades, so we both use them now.
