Since moving properties, I've used Corstorphine Gas Services to service my boiler. The engineers are always on time, professional, and the service is good value for money.

Our boiler stopped working on Sunday and I left a voicemail message with CGS. I was contacted at 8.30 on the dot the following morning, engineer’s visit the following day, quotation received with an hour of the engineer leaving, and the repair carried out the following day! I have to say I am very, very impressed with the service received! I have never used the company before but the reviews on Facebook, along with the 5 star rating on review sites and, more importantly, my first-time experience with them, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their service! First class!

The finding and repairing of a leak from a pipe which had left a watermark on the kitchen ceiling.

A new Boiler and Flue fitted with the minimum of disruption and in timeframe given . Polite , professional tradesmen who left no mess behind them and removed all packaging. Communication was prompt and clear - I received an in-person visit to my flat to discuss the best options available. Afterwards, I was presented with multiple quotes to fit my needs and budget. Even though it is a very busy time of the year, my request for an earlier installation was accommodated as well. The work was carried out on time and with a minimum of disruption.

Corstorphine Gas Services completed an entire renovation of our en suite bathroom. They did a brilliant job and their customer service was particularly impressive. All questions answered, we were always kept up to date on the schedule and everything ran smoothly thanks to Lauren in the office. The work was done to a really high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The ground floor of our house is very cold and we eventually decided to try to change one of the downstairs radiators. We tried another contractor but they were incredibly slow (6 months just to confirm a date!) so while we were waiting we got in touch with this company. The price was dramatically less and we were booked with a date quickly, the office manager was very clear about explaining they were busy etc so it was fine.

On the day the job was very quickly and tidily completed. We have immediately noticed a difference and can now afford to replace another radiator for the same price as the original quote!

We had scheduled an appointment for a boiler quote as our boiler was on its way out. Our boiler started playing up so we contacted Corstorphine Gas Services to ask if they'd come out sooner. Lewis came out the next day to give a quote and was very helpful with any questions I'd had. We received the quote the same day and contacted them almost immediately to arrange the work. We had received numerous quotes and Corstorphine Gas Services were the cheapest and would be able to do it in the job in the quickest time so it was an easy decision. Cammy and an apprentice (can't remember his name) came out 2 days later and installed our boiler in less than a day (8am-4pm). They were very polite, efficient, professional and left the place spotless. We are very impressed with everything from start to finish and would highly recommend

I saw a recommendation for Corstorphine Gas and contacted them about replacing our boiler and traditional tank system. The customer service and installation was excellent. I had lots of questions before we were ready to commit and they were very responsive. The installation was done over 2 days and they did exactly what they said they would, and left things clean and tidy . Came back quickly to fix a minor issue and made sure I was happy with the job.

Contacted Corstorphine Gas Service for boiler service. From outset they were extremely quick and friendly with communication and organising. When it came to the service they were extremely helpful and professional. We had an issue with a leaky radiator which they resolved quickly and without fuss. A great service all round and would recommend them highly!

From the first contact through to the completion of my boiler installation, all members of staff were really communicative, efficient, helpful and friendly. The work involved removing the old system boiler, a new combo boiler installation and chemical flush all radiators . The work was done professionally, efficiently and they left everything clean and tidy.

We will definitely use them again for my boiler service and for other works in my home.

Old boiler leaking. Temporary measure provided while waiting on a part. Came out quickly as we had no hot water and the leak was getting worse. They rearranged their diary to accommodate us and resolved the problem without overcharging on call outs. Very satisfied with the communication and the engineer, Mike, was a very nice guy and sympathetic to our problem. Would recommend.

Our boiler was not working properly and at the stage where it was no longer cost effective to keep it running. I received lots of helpful advice about upgrading the boiler and Shaun managed to tweak the old one to keep it running better until the new boiler was fitted. The team that fitted the new one explained what they were going to do and got on with it efficiently. Excellent company to deal with.
