Our annual service detected a small problem with the boiler, namely a tiny CO leak. This wasn't a major problem but nevertheless an engineer called the next day with a replacement part, fitted it and finished the service. In summary, a pretty much perfect experience.

Incredibly professional, inquisitive and nailed the complicated issue on the head. 100% will use again, for future work.

Had some work needed doing on my boiler. Great work as always. Good engineers who know their systems well. quick and efficient and very friendly staff. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

My boiler was gradually breaking, so I asked for advice. They explained the options clearly between repairing and replacing, and I chose to replace. They quote was good value and the service very professional. Communication was very clear, including when they were going to come, as well as ensuring all follow-up was done. They explained clearly how to use the new boiler. Very happy.

My old boiler was starting to need more attention. Two friends had recommended Corstorphine Gas Services, and I'm so glad they did. Repairs were carried out very quickly and successfully.
I then felt it was time to have a new boiler installed. The engineers worked so hard and I now feel relieved to have a reliable system in place for the winter. I think that the company is well run and has high standards. (I very much liked that I was given notificaton of the time when the engineers would arrive and also appreciated the initial visit from an engineer to discuss options available).

First class service for my boiler service. Not a lot to say except the engineer was very polite and courteous which I appreciate. Good to see a heating service engineer with a personality.

I had some plumbing work carried out by Corstorphine Gas Services and I was very impressed by the quality of the work, attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff when onsite. The price I paid for the job was certainly value for money and the customer service from their office team was excellent also so all in all it makes them an easy recommendation if looking for a plumber. Booking an appointment and paying for the work was easy. The engineer was punctual, tidied up after and took time to explain all the works and answer questions.

Had a new Viessmann boiler fitted by these guys and I am absolutely delighted with the standard of the job . Nothing is ever a problem and they go about it with the minimum of fuss. They should be your first port of call for any plumbing or gas fitting works. Give them a try ..You won’t be disappointed.

Boiler service, New toilet installation & tiling work.

Had a radiator replaced in a new location which needed laminate flooring lifted. The guys had a tough job but we're absolutely excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would 100% use them again.

The guy came on time, with a text message sent in advance so I could communicate with him. He offered advice about some issues I'd been having, and got the boiler serviced in good time.

Very professional work carried out by excellent proficient engineers.

Worked throughout the day only stopping for a quick lunch break. Left the house 100% tidy and cleaned up well behind them.

Had my gas boiler serviced for third year in a row. There was some repair work needed some of which was under warranty from previous year. Everything was explained clearly, work was carried out on time and very tidily. Everyone I spoke to/ met was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Corstorphine Gas did a fantastic job installing cast iron radiators throughout our house.

Lewis did an initial visit and was knowledgeable and friendly, taking time to answer our questions and offer advice. He quickly sent a quote and we were able to easily book once ready. Office staff were responsive and always helpful.

The week of installation, Cammy and his team were excellent. Cammy was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He very patiently took the time to clearly explain our options, answer our questions, and offer helpful insight and advice. Despite the radiators being exceptionally heavy, Cammy and his team very kindly readjusted them when we were uncertain of placement. They always informed us of their plan and involved us in any relevant decision making.

We couldn't be happier with the work done and the professionalism and thoughtfulness of all involved. Highly recommend!

Removal of radiator and fitting of a new radiator. Excellent service, once again, from Corstorphine Gas. Quick to respond to initial enquiry and to provide dates and a quote for the job. Employees are professional, know what they are doing and tidy up when work completed. Second time using this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish they were brilliant.

I had an old back boiler, along with the gas fire and fireplace surround removed. Now replaced with a new combi boiler.

Boiler service . CGS engineer arrived on time after I received a text message intimating his arrival . He was very thorough , discussed aspects of the service , neat and tidy work carried out and a not unreasonable price for his work . Yet again i would recommend CGS for all work associated with boilers and radiators .
