In Oct 2022, Claymore fitted new locks to our doors and garage. They were on time, very pleasant to deal with, and did a great job.
In June 2023, I managed to lock myself out of the house. I called Claymore just before 5pm who advised me to call the lock manufacturer to whom we had registered our new keys and request a security code from them which could then be provided to Claymore. Claymore even texted me the phone number to call. We successfully got the code and provided it to Claymore. Claymore then arranged for the key to be cut and had one of their staff drop it to us on the way home as we were also unable to pick it up (the car keys were also in the house!). By 5.45pm we had the new key from Claymore and were back in the house.
Absolutely outstanding service from Claymore - couldn't have asked for more on both occasions. Highly recommend.

Cant recommend enough. My door lock jammed and was locked out. Claymore were simply excellent. Literally on time to the minute. Must say, best service from any company in years. Great to know some businesses still care about providing a high quality service 5 stars +

Front door would not lock on a Christmas bank holiday .Situation resolved by Graeme who went miles out of his way to help .He rapidly diagnosed and fixed the problem and saved us from a really difficult situation.We would thoroughly recommend this firm their emergency call out was excellent and their staff knowledgeable and helpful

Graeme was, in this case a; "saviour". One of our maindoor locks had completely
broken down, sent graeme an e-mail and....same day, arrived, quickly checked the lock and how he could repair it(as opposed to installing a new door). Next day
arrived and had a new lock installed within an hour and... thankfully working perfectly.

Back door would not lock. The Claymore men were out and had it sorted before bedtime which was a great relief. Both men were very helpful at all times from first phone call to completion of job.

I reported the door lock fault as an emergency late in the day. The locksmith came and made a temporary fix until the full repair was possible. This was an excellent solution for us. A few days later when parts arrived the locksmiths came and made an excellent permanent repair/replacement/upgrade. Delighted with the speed and quality of the work.
