We had sash and case original windows changed to uPVC without losing the traditional look. Fussy customers but Alba guided us through and we are delighted with our windows. We also had front and back doors fitted and a mirrored wardrobe fixed. The workmen were very tidy and we at no point felt invaded would and have recommended them to our friends and family

We wanted a new front door as a like for like replacement for the existing door, except properly sealed and double glazed. The quality of the new door is excellent and also an excellent visual match to the old door. Very pleased all round.

Arrived exactly when planned. Consistently good work. Helpful with dealing with unexpected issues that arose - a pane of glass cracked and was replaced on the spot; installed hardware discovered to be previously missing (sash weights, locks).
Only bit of negative feedback is that on two windows the new sash cords came undone after the work was completed, but the firm's painters dealt with this promptly and professionally.
