Over the years we have had a number of windows rplaced by Alba and found them to be very reliable both as regards product quality and efficiency of installations. Their employees are always well-mannered, and tidy up at the end of the installation.

The men were courteous and hard working, clean, tidy and the price was very fair. They were very helpful as regards some of furniture being a bit in the way.

Customer service was the only weak point. Difficult to get someone on the phone to speak to about timings & dates for work starting.
Emails not answered directly, had to phone up to get a response to specific questions.
Quality of work was excellent however and workman where meticulously clean & courteous. 10/10 on this front

Removal of 6 wooden framed double-glazed window frames and replaced with UPVC double glazed units: From start to finish all Alba employees have dealt with the organisation and carrying out of this job in a very professional manner. Special thanks to Brendan and Ben who worked conscientiously, consulting when necessary and leaving a clean and tidy area each day when their work was done. Delighted with new windows.
