Customer service was the only weak point. Difficult to get someone on the phone to speak to about timings & dates for work starting.

Emails not answered directly, had to phone up to get a response to specific questions.

Quality of work was excellent however and workman where meticulously clean & courteous. 10/10 on this front

Very pleased with the work and the men who carried out the work were polite and obviously knew what they were doing.

Removal of 6 wooden framed double-glazed window frames and replaced with UPVC double glazed units: From start to finish all Alba employees have dealt with the organisation and carrying out of this job in a very professional manner.  Special thanks to Brendan and Ben who worked conscientiously, consulting when necessary and leaving a clean and tidy area each day when their work was done.  Delighted with new windows.

I didnt find Alba Glass by this scheme. Found them by supplier recommendation.

Replacement roof on conservatory: Excellent job very satisfied with the job.

Install a new double glazed unit to an existing window: A quote was quickly supplied, and the job was completed within 2 weeks.

Fitting of PVC patio door: No comment given on form but customer gave high scores for all categories.

Replacement windows and doors: We are totally impressed with Alba Glass.  Right from the start, we felt in safe hands.  The quality of the workmanship has been exceptional - nothing too much trouble.  The end-product is much more than we could've hoped for.

Seven new double glazed units: Superb job, replaced seven units, took out old ones, re- puttied.  Cleaned new units, complete tidy up after.  First class.  Don't hesitate to get Alba Glass I won't.
