We had a complete re roofing done as well as a roof dormer and lead work and gutter work
It was a really big job and with Rosemary tiles .

There were problems at the beginning because we couldn’t get the tiles due to a global shortgage but all of this was communicated to us and by the time the old tiles were stripped and the new membrane and battons were installed they had arrived .
The installation was excellent .
We had a delay because we were waiting on a solar panel company to install in line solar panels but they were a complete nightmare and a no show
But thank goodness Kevin our project manager guided us through the whole process and we ended up sacking the solar panel company and we just tiled it .
The roof now looks amazing .
I’m so glad we had Kevin supervising it because he helped us with the solar panel company and I couldn’t have done this on my own .
This company is completely unrelated from advanced roofing and Kevin went over and above their own duties to help resolve things with this company .

I’m so glad we chose the Rosemary tiles and have Advanced Roofing install them . They were very professional and Kevin was there every day supervising the work and making sure everything was spot on .
Even the lead work was excellent -
They have done a few roofs on our road now .

I have used Advanced Roofing on several projects on roof, which is Georgian.
Gutters in lead, down pipes, pointing, slating and flat roof.
All good, it must be borne in mind that finding the final and right solution on this type of building is not straightforward.

Always use advanced

We had our roof prepared for a new cupola and at the same time insulated the flat roof and under all the tiles. It was a big job but all the trades - tilers, plumbers, sarni - were amazing. The cleared up afterwards.
Scaffolding guys who advanced use were also brilliant.

Major re-roofing of large New Town property completed within estimated time frame and budget. Liaison between the firm and the proprietors (i.e. customers) was excellent and Kevin (who provided on-site supervision) was easily accessible via text and mobile and always was prepared to be helpful when problems arose. He was flexible, friendly and intelligent and a pleasure to deal with.

We had our whole roof and gutters replaced. Advanced Roofing were very professional and approachable at all stages from quote through to completion. We were particularly impressed with the company's attention to detail and excellent customer service. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

Communal stair repair required to repair chimney on flat roof of a four floor traditional tenement building. Chimney stack and render was cracked, letting water in. Advanced Roofing arranged scaffolding and required permits, removed old render, attached metal plates to secure cracks, fitted lead flashing around base, applied new render and beading, and fixed crack on the lid of the chimney. I am happy with work done. Good communication from start to finish, photos provided at various stages of work, and on completion. I contacted 12 companies for a quote, and of of the four shortlisted companies, I felt that Advanced Roofing offered the most comprehensive repair at the most competitive price, and after completion of their work, I am happy with our choice.

My wife and I have recently engaged Advanced Roofing to carry out repairs separately to our main roof and utility room roof. In every aspect of their work, Advanced Roofing were totally professional, from (1) the initial visit by their Director to scope the work; (2) the very prompt issue of a quote complete with photos of the areas of the roof requiring attention; (3) communication from office staff about commencement date etc; (4) the exceptionally friendly and cooperative attitude towards us from the roofers; and (5) the very clean and tidy state in which they left the premises after completing their work. I cannot speak too highly of them all and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I thought Advanced Roofing were excellent, very helpful and polite. They were easy to talk to and get updates, which I felt was important. Note this also included the scaffolding guys.

Made roof water tight after experiencing several leaks.
They were very courteous, friendly and efficient throughout the process and very clean and tidy.

Advanced roofing were recommended to us and it has proven to be a great recommendation. They are always punctual, polite and professional. The quote given was detailed, explicitly costing all of the jobs required. The service delivery has then been excellent and the work completed to a very high standard.

I had a repair made to a down pipe at the back of my house and all guttering checked and cleared. They found that four of my tiles had been slightly lifted (I live in a very windy exposed area) and they realigned these. The guys worked in the pouring rain. They were very polite, keeping me informed of everything they were doing.

This was not the first time I have used this company and although I had to wait longer than I had hoped I was more than happy to wait because I trust them (I have experienced cowboys in the past).

I will use them again in the future and am more than happy to recommend them.

We live in the Flower Colonies and needed our roof re-slated. As well as providing the most competitive quote we feel that Advanced Roofing were very professional from start to finish.

In particular, the young crew who worked on the project were extremely friendly and polite. (Our 4-year-old cried when they finished!).

Complete bungalow roof re-slate, new rhones, leadwork, dry-ridge system and Sarnafil dormer roofing. Excellent work by a first class company. From the initial estimate and throughout the job, Advanced Roofing and their subcontractors were on time, polite, considerate and highly skilled. All of the personnel were friendly and approachable and clearly took pride in their work; the standard of work and attention to detail was very high. Great stuff.

Work was quoted for and planned well in advance of the job being carried out. Minor delay in starting but main body of work concluded on promised date. Some extras took a little longer.

Very impressed with the service from quotation to client management to the quality of the work. We had the majority of a complex New Town roof to replace plus additional work on pipes and coping stones. The company were excellent in keeping us briefed on progress, the workers were clean and considerate and the quality of the work is great. The project overrun slightly due to weather but the team cleaned up well afterwards.

We needed to have our whole house reroofed it is a mansard roof and due to the fact we live in a conservation area and are semi detached the tiles had to match the existing. Advanced roofing were brilliant from the start, they sourced handmade clay tiles to match and priced competitively compared with other quotes. The work was done within the timescale, the roofers were pleasant to have around and they paid very good attention to all the details which were complicated in areas. They were also extremely tidy and conscientious. We had someone from advanced roofing overseeing the work from start to finish who came daily to inspect the progress and deal with any issues. We were really pleased with the quality of the work and would certainly recommend them and use them again if need be.

We have used Advanced Roofing for a complex major repair to our city centre tenement roof and thereafter for maintenance works since 2013. I have had very many negative experiences with roofing companies over the years. Most tended to overcharge hugely, with poorly-documented estimates always given to the nearest £1000. The few companies that didn't take this approach tended to be small and unreliable: work would get done eventually, but it was always hard to pin them down to a date, and the quality was variable. In contrast, Advanced Roofing are a breath of fresh air in all respects: they come when they say they will; their estimates are detailed and the pricing seems well justified and not extortionate; the work is a quality job, done on time by workers who are a pleasure to deal with. I would now never consider using anyone else for roofing work.
