Had a bit of a disappointing start as fitter failed to turn up on the day arranged . When I phoned to ask what was happening I dealt with a lovely lady called Jackie who was so helpful and had the issue sorted in no time with keeping me updated with new appointment and a different fitter .
Blinds All fitted and am really happy with the blinds and Andy the fitter .
But definitely can’t praise Jackie enough for her customer service.

It's the second time I've used the company. This time, I just needed a new blind after a bathroom re-decoration. The work was done quickly and efficiently = one visit to measure up and for me to choose a blind - followed by a second visit when the blind was fitted within minutes! A very good price too.

Very straightforward process in getting a blackout roller blind fitted. I phoned the office to arrange someone to come out and measure and also to get some advice as the shape of the window was unusual. 10 days later the blind was fitted. It looks great and really good quality. Both the guys who came out to measure and fit were great. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional service from start to finish. We wanted new blinds for the whole house. Thomas measured for us, provided a quote and fitted our blinds. Delighted with our new blinds. Would definitely recommend.

I had 9 blinds fitted by this company and am pleased with the service provided.

In May I ordered a full house set of blinds 5x large wooden Venetian, 2x velux, 1x roller and perfect fit for patio doors. to be fitted in June. I paid £1890.

When they came to fit, 1x roller was missing and 2 velux were the wrong size. Perfect fit not perfectly fitted. I was told it would be rectified 1 week. After chasing and chasing I was finally given a date for 3 weeks after original fitting date. They didn’t show up and when they finally arrived another 2 days later some of the blinds were still the wrong size.

No show 27/06 & 28/06. Excuses given. Agreed to come out 10.30am 29/06. 2x velux were the wrong size…again. Complained assured be handled with urgency & handed £50 cash as a good will gesture.

Chased for update on 06/07. Excuses made chased again 21/07 told blinds arriving 26/07 & will arrange fit date. Chased again! 29/07 - agreed to fit them on 04/08 between 1pm-5pm. 04/08 arrives, 2x perfect fit are wrong size!! Promised to call on 08/08 with new update!! No call& I had to chase AGAIN on 12/08. Was this time told be in on 16/08 & fit next day, then another call later & they are now not arriving until 19/08!! supposed to have someone out Saturday 20/08 to sort it all out…

Everyone in the office I have spoken to have been extremely helpful, the most recent lady helped me out so much. The fitter however, or sales guy Craig, whatever his role is this week. ! Please do not be fooled by anything he says. I have said I won’t allow him back in here to fit after how I have been treated by him. The lies & the attitude yet he blames the office staff! No care taken when in home either! Shocking! & better yet, the owner knows & said he didn’t care, I mean why would you when you making that much money!!

I know that the blinds come from a supplier so they can only ask that they come quicker but other that that, service has been shambolic to say the least from the company.

Really disappointing experience. After a year of going back and forth still left with blinds that are different colour.
Been told it is the lighting but there is nothing different about the lighting or shading at the window. Blinds are directly next to one another, literally cms apart, in exact same direction.

Just getting around the leaving this review for blinds we had fitted the week leading up to Christmas. We had I’m sure his name was John and his son for both fitting and delivery/ installation and each time they provided amazing service. They were so professional whilst friendly and it was lovely to have them completing this job, will defo continue to recommend and use in future!

Blinds fitted in bay window and 5 other windows . From dealing with booking an appointment at their Hub in Shawlands to someone coming out to measure, to fitting has been a 5 star service.

The Blind Guy (Andy) came out to our home to measure up for two blinds (Bathroom and Bedroom), gave us a quote which we were happy with and off he went , two weeks later the blinds were delivered and put up by David, all looking good now that we have a blind for the bathroom and the bedroom , we will use The Blind Guy next time we require blinds.

We ordered vertical blinds for the entire house and when they finally arrived 3 sets were not the correct size and had to be returned to the factory for alterations, and one set only had half the slats so a new order had to be submitted.
We had prepared the windows in advance of the fitting, so all curtains and old blinds were removed and disposed of in the recycling centre. The guy made no apology for the mistakes, was rude and quite abusive to my son and left us with 3 bedrooms without any window coverings for days. To protect the privacy of my son/daughter in law and my 2x 8 year old granddaughters, I cut a large tablecloth in half to provide some form of window covering.
When making the final payment I suggested some form of compensation for the John Lewis table cloth and for the inconvenience. Once again, the response was rude, verging on abusive. I was told I should have put bin-bags over my windows!!
The actual blinds are fine, not superb but fine, the customer service was shocking.......I would not recommend and would actually suggest people void as the attitude was quite disturbing.

I had my three bedroom house fitted with a verity of wooden and roller blinds. They came on time , gave me great advise on which blinds were suitable for my needs, I also got perfect fit blinds for my patio doors when I was just going to get a roller blind for it . I never knew about these blinds until Thomas showed me them and there great. So my experience with the company has been a very good one and “The Blind Guy” has now also done my daughters house. I would highly recommend this company, also it was the best quote I got out of the three companies that were called out, .
