Emergency work on my broken boiler! I had no central heating, my son called David McQueen, who very kindly came out after his work. He successfully fixed the problem and have me great advice...and even texted more relevant information when he got home.
David is an experienced, kind and caring man...who I cannot recommend highly enough.
I will certainly be using his services in the future...and will recommend him to my family , friends and neighbours.

Great service start to finish. Initial contact was to service boiler which discovered serious issues. David provided an option to fix though in the end we decided to replace the boiler with a new model. He was very knowledgeable in assisting with a replacement. Job completed in the stated timeframe to a very high standard. No mess no stress. Highly recommended.

David came round to service our boiler, he was friendly, efficient and fast, and covid compliant. He was able to send an invoice electronically and allow me to pay electronically. I will be using him for my boiler services from now on, very professional and good communication via emails.

Had a gas fire removed along with a fireplace also boxed off hole and plastered to a clean finish. David’s communications were fantastic, showed up when they said they would, carried out the work making sure they cleaned after themselves and the cost was in my opinion very reasonable.

David serviced our boiler today. He arrived on time and also called half an hour beforehand to say he was on the way. He was easy to deal with and also answered many questions and offered good advice on general plumbing issues and smart thermostats. I will be using David's services again. Many thanks.

I have just had my central heating back boiler replaced with a combi boiler by McQueen heating. I would like to say that the service I received from David and his colleagues was outstanding. David organised everything including removal and disposal of the old boiler, all electrical work required, and the blocking up and plastering of our fireplace. The new boiler was fitted and commissioned well within his estimated time despite the inevitable problems of working in an older property. I would definitely recommend McQueen heating to anyone needing any work of this type done

David McQueen helped us with the fitting of a new pump in my parents in law's house; it was an issue which they were quite anxious about and David's excellent service and helpful advice and customer care set their and my mind at rest. The care and professionalism of David and his team, and how he communicated everything about the job with us and my parents in law was outstanding and everything you could hope for in a professional contractor. He was also proactive and reassuring in dealing with current Covid-19 measures. We would thoroughly recommend David and his team.

Requested boiler service on Sunday evening and job was completed on Monday afternoon. Time slot was between 12-4 and David gave an hours notice before arrival.
Polite, professional, friendly and tidy worker.
Very thorough check on boiler with some advice on how to use it more efficiently, which had never been passed on before by any engineers since installation and previous services.
Picked up on and rectified a gas safe issue (vent not sealed to wall). Again all previous engineers have missed this.
Thanks David will always your company in future.

Initially got old boiler hot water working which had not been able to be fixed by anyone else.
Then got new boiler fitted. Communication and advice superb and was fitted within the week. Conscientious and efficient.
Had to have further pipe work done to outside outlet (pipes in place from before).
Final job ,removing water pipe from previous plumbed in Fridge Freezer. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and all carried out efficiently. Their way of working gives you confidence.

They came out quickly to look at a leak in our sink. Kept us up to date with timescales of when they could come out which was very useful as currently working from home - this meant I could plan and work round the time. Very friendly and professional service and good price. Happy to recommend and will definitely use again.

They responded to my call on a Sunday and had Sean come out on the following Tuesday, with plenty of SMS info about times. Got boiler limping along so David and Sean came out next day to do more repairs and fix a more permanent solution. They stayed longer than anticipated but only billed for the time quoted (I offered to pay more, they were that good).
Both very knowledgeable and capable. Good patter too. This took place in lockdown so both wore masks and used disinfecting wipes where possible. Excellent service.
