I am so delighted with the works Marek and his team have done in my flat. They work to the highest standards, are utterly reliable and always leave everything nice and tidy. I can recommend R&C Servicepol most warmly.

In july 2021 we acquired our property. The previous owner had occupied for 50 years and was in need of rennovation. To carry out the works we required a warrant and planning consent.

Marek was recommended to us from a family friend. We tendered the works and marek was competitive on price and was very responsive and clear in terms of the budget costs.

The works included: structural works (removal of existing walls both internally and externally), installation of steel beams, redecoration throughout (painting, plastering, flooring) electrics and plumbing works were sub contracted out but Marek managed the process, removal of existing bathroom to conversion of existing boxroom to a new bathroom.

The quality of the work has been fantastic and we are delighted with the finishes for the paintwork and the bathroom suite. Marek also put new panelling up our hallway which has made a huge difference.

If anyone is reading this wondering whether or not to use Marek and his team, he is HIGHLY recommended. Marek and the team were polite, clean and tidy, hard working and very trustworthy. Marek also focussed on our job only rather than split his time between different jobs.

We employed R&C Servicepol to project manage the complete refurbish our flat, which involved creating a new kitchen and shower room, rewiring and the installation of central heating. From beginning to end we could not have been happier with the service that we received.
First of all, the clarity, and frequency, of communication was first class. We knew what was happening, and when, at every stage of the job.
The quality of workmanship in every area was exemplary and we couldn't have been happier with the end result.
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend R&C Servicepol to anyone undertaking work of any type in their property.

Marek and his team did a lot of structural work internally (3 walls knocked down with rsj's put in) and a steel structure externally to host a raised balcony area. I've known Marek for a number of years but this was the biggest job so far he's done for me and I haven't been able to find fault in anything he's done so far, he's done an excellent job and can't recommend him enough. Marek and his team painted our hall and stairs over three floors. Overall, very happy with work which was professional and of a high standard. Work was completed quickly and left tidy each day. Would recommend and definitely use again.

We're in the middle of quite a large renovation project, so have had A LOT of different trades come and go. That Marek and his team are one of only two companies I'd happily recommend (and who I ask back for more!), says a great deal about the quality of their work, and how pleasant they are to deal with. They have now completed two beautiful bathrooms and various smaller jobs at our house and, for me, one of the main benefits of choosing them is how very detail driven they are, which is so important when you're embarking on complicated projects where you've spent a lot on fixtures and fittings. Their attention to detail is fantastic, and they're also incredibly tidy and respectful. Once they're done, the place is so clean it's like they were never there! Marek's patience is also admirable (I'm sure I've challenged it with some of my random vintage brassware finds), and they'll always go the extra mile and find a way of making something work. On a personal note they're also just really good guys, and nice to have around the place.

Marek and his reliable, highly competent team carried out a full architectural redesign of a burnt out flat in the West End. Walls moved, new plumbing and wiring, replastering, installation of new kitchen and bathroom, all windows refurbished and a new floor laid. They restored and repaired wherever possible, retaining all the original doors and did a fabulous job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a similar project.

A complete shower room refit, including removing the old water tank, replastering and tiling. Skimming plaster in two rooms, and decorating the full flat.

Communication was great from the outset, always very prompt and completely understanding exactly what we wanted. He had good suggestions to make, and directed us to the best place to buy the fittings for the shower room. He was very understanding when we unexpectedly had to be away for work for the duration of the refurbishment, and worked really well despite us not being there for shifting furniture around etc.

A huge bonus was that the work was completed two weeks ahead of our deadline, and we were very grateful that the team had cleaned and tidied after themselves when they finished.

We used R&C Servicepol Ltd several times over the last 5 years for major decoration work in our 200 year old Georgian house. The company came highly recommended from friends. The price estimates were without exception lower than other companies we contacted. The work was carried out very efficiently to high professional levels. The company was also able to fit 'non plaster' cornices and ceiling roses in rooms that lacked these features. In all cases the company made a good job of protecting floors and furniture that was too large to remove from the rooms. Also in all cases dirt and mess was kept to a minimum and rooms were left clean after each day of work.

Initially R&C Servicepol were instructed to complete insurance works in my bathroom to replace a significantly water damaged floor after a prolonged, undetected leak from the thermostatic shower valve

Since the existing sanitary ware had to be removed to complete the insurance works, R&C Servicepol were instructed to complete an upgrade of the bathroom, replacing the bath with a walk in shower, replacing the remaining sanitary ware, tiling the walls and floor, upgrading the heating, replacing the light fittings and providing storage solutions

The work was completed with minimum disruption to my daily routine and within the quoted timescale

The completed bathroom has been admired by family and friends adding aesthetic appeal and value to my home

Complete makeover of an older property in need of modernisation. New floors throughout, new bathroom, kitchen appliances with new plumbing and new plumbing for more radiators, electrical work including removal of old meter and installation of modern meter, painting and decorating throughout including removal of old beams in lounge ceiling and old display ledges, replastering where necessary, fitting of bookshelves and chandeliers, blinds and curtain rails, extractor fans in kitchen and bathroom, removal of all old materials and construction waste. All this carried out in 6 weeks. We found the trader 100% reliable and were extremely happy with all the work and the way it was managed and carried out. We have since used the trader again for small jobs and have bigger ones in the pipeline.
