Cannot recommend MW&M highly enough. We had our en-suite completely refurbished and insulation added to the walls. Work was also carried out on another bathroom to upgrade the sink and bath taps. The team were a joy to have in the house and worked really hard. Chris and Nicky were excellent as were all the other guys that worked on the job. They’ve turned a cold, leaking and smelly bathroom into a wonderful warm classy space. Will definitely be using them for further plumbing works needing carried out. Wonderful company and all the guys are a credit to you.

I have used this company over a number of years.They have installed a new bathroom suite, fitted a replacement gas fire,fixed a shower tray leak and installed a new shower head fitment, and carry out the annual gas fire service each year.They are very reliable and come at the time agreed.I find their charges are reasonable.Their work has been carried out competently and efficiently,and I have had no reason to complain to them.I have recommended them to a friend and her experience was also excellent,and she would use them again.

After recently having a new boiler system from Melville, Whitson and Muir, I was really pleased to also choose them to give me a completely new bathroom. It took 7 days to rip everything out and install the new bathroom. I am delighted with it and would recommend the company without hesitation. Every member of the team demonstrates skill and professionalism and they really care about the customer being happy with the result. Also worthy to note is that the team clear up afterwards making the total experience excellent.

We discovered Melville Whitson through this site and over the summer we employed them to fit a new gas boiler and upgrade our en-suite shower room along with some work in our kitchen. The team at Melville Whitson were excellent. They were very patient with us and accommodated a few changes of plan (some at very short notice!) and the tradesmen who carried out the work were top notch. They kept us fully informed of what they were doing at all times and were really clean and tidy keeping any mess to an absolute minimum.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them the next time we need work done.

The whole team demonstrate the very best quality of workmanship, customer care and commitment to their work. I cannot rate them highly enough. Chris and Kevin fitted my new boiler, radiators and hive controller, cleared up after the work and ensured I was happy with everything and knew how to operate the new system. Everything was excellent.

Got my ensuite bathroom replaced. Really impressed by how neat and tidy this was - especially when the old one was ripped out. There were a couple of snagging things to fix but the team were really responsive and never acted like this was an issue.

Fantastic job done by Kevin and his team. From Kevin’s initial survey right thru to last wipe down of the floor these guys have shown how professional they are.
Complete bathroom refit, removing old cast bath and replacing it with a fab walk in shower. New wet wall, floor, toilet and sink. Well done to the joiner who managed to save my wooden panelling and refit it. As for John the plumber, I want him on speed dial for all future work/problems we might have. Great job John, lovely guy too!
Most of all thanks Kevin for the excellent customer care when we changed our mind about an item and it had to be replaced after it was fitted. Nothing was too much trouble.

Chris fitted a Drayton Wiser smart heating thermostat and radiator valves. He was friendly, quick and efficient, and we're very satisfied with the result.

Second time I have had work done by this company and on both occasions I found them professional, efficient and reliable. Work done by very competent tradesperson was very satisfactory.

Elderly, frail parents required bathroom conversion to a shower, as unable to use bath. Kevin was extremely helpful and patient with them, going to great lengths to ensure they understood what was planned, and would meet their needs, and helping choose appropriate shower cubicle, flooring etc. The work was done within a good timescale, at a fair price, and on time. All the team on site were very pleasant, tidy and considerate, and the finished work is excellent quality with every little detail as planned. In fact a small piece of additional work done at no extra cost.
Have used them before for my own house, for a boiler replacement, and would highly recommend them.

Work was some bathroom upgrades - a new sink and unit, new toilet and new bath panel.
Experience was very good - when coming out to quote and then planning in the job, they did everything they said they would, when they said they'd do it - exactly what you want!
On-site Kevin and John were friendly and professional and even though there were a couple of unexpected extra little jobs which needed doing, they sorted these quickly and made sure I understood everything they were doing.
