A fairly new laptop was very slow and therefore not used a lot because of this issue. A new hard drive was fitted after a consultation . Laptop is much more efficient and user friendly, money well spent. I will be using the refurbished laptop a lot more. The owner was friendly, professional, very efficient, all round fantastic service which is not the norm nowadays unfortunately.

I purchased a new computer from Easy PC, Haddington and they transferred my files from my old computer for me and ensured the new computer was in perfect working order. I had to telephone them for help to initially get on the internet and they guided me by telephone to a successful conclusion. It was first class service and I would highly recommend them and would not go anywhere else for computer service now.

Andy is helpful, kind and, most of all, knowledgeable and experienced - this coming from someone with over 30 years experience in the computer industry.
I got him to install win10 on my development pc and to give it a mid-life boost and ‘MOT’. I could have done this easily myself but it was easier and far less stressful to get it done while I was travelling on business.
He did the job effectively and quickly, keeping me informed all the way. We hit the inevitable snags during the upgrade process but Andy worked hard to get me exactly what I needed.
I shall certainly be back next time I need this sort of work done.
