In Oct 2022, Claymore fitted new locks to our doors and garage. They were on time, very pleasant to deal with, and did a great job.
In June 2023, I managed to lock myself out of the house. I called Claymore just before 5pm who advised me to call the lock manufacturer to whom we had registered our new keys and request a security code from them which could then be provided to Claymore. Claymore even texted me the phone number to call. We successfully got the code and provided it to Claymore. Claymore then arranged for the key to be cut and had one of their staff drop it to us on the way home as we were also unable to pick it up (the car keys were also in the house!). By 5.45pm we had the new key from Claymore and were back in the house.
Absolutely outstanding service from Claymore - couldn't have asked for more on both occasions. Highly recommend.

I reported the door lock fault as an emergency late in the day. The locksmith came and made a temporary fix until the full repair was possible. This was an excellent solution for us. A few days later when parts arrived the locksmiths came and made an excellent permanent repair/replacement/upgrade. Delighted with the speed and quality of the work.

We contacted Graham at Claymore because our front door lock was broken. He arrived within an hour and did a superb job of fixing the very old door. He also adjusted the stiff locks on our new patio doors.
Graham has since fitted additional security locks etc - all of which have been done to a high and professional standard.

We locked ourselves out of our house on Christmas Eve. I contacted several companies with no success. When I phoned Claymore the locksmith answered immediately and although he was travelling in the opposite direction he turned back and was with us within 30 minutes. Although it was very challenging he gained access and we were back in the house within 15 minutes. Efficient friendly service. Would recommend.

Needed a safe fitted, went with the Claymore reviews. First time for me having one fitted so went to the shop in Haddington. Met by Robin who was brilliant, he explained everything. Liam came to fit the safe and took plenty time to explain how to use the safe etc. He took about 30 mins to advise and fit the safe in a perfect place for it to be situated....absolutely delighted with the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for Robin or Liam....Excellent service and would recommend completely.

I have called on the services of Claymore for replacement locks & door repairs for many years & have always been impressed by the first class service - totally professional, nothing is a problem and always very cheery too.
Following an attempted burglary at my home recently Graeme attended to survey the damage to a patio door, came up with an excellent solution to repair & enhance security avoiding the need to replace the whole unit and completed all work to an excellent standard.

Eighteen months ago i wanted some internal locks fitted in my sisters flat as well as Banham locks on the front door.
I was concerned about the work being done carefully as the flat was in an excellent condition. A fellow tradesman recommended Claymore Locks and in particular Graeme MacDonald as an experienced locksmith
I am delighted with the results. I got good advice as to where to put the locks unobtrusively. There was a bit of toing and froing with Banham because the old lock was a narrow one. However the issues were resolved and the job completed to a high standard.
This year i needed some locks fitted in my flat and it was an obvious choice to go back to Graeme. Again i am delighted with his recommendations. The locks are obviously good quality and the workmanship very professional even though the door frame had been damaged in the past.

Had to get Claymore to attend to my front door as the lock mechanism had broke.
Graeme attended as an emergency and discovered the cause of the problem in a timely and courteous manner. The multi point mechanism had failed.
