Diagnostic and repair. Having been let down by another company. I telephoned A W Ramage Electricians to see if they could help. Came to my house quickly, even though busy, found the problem and repaired within a few hours and at a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Would highly recommend.

To remove existing fuse box and replace with new fuse box.
Sandy worked all day in a confined space to get the job done.
His work was excellent and his customer service was first class.

Work involved an inspection of all the electrics in my flat, as this was flagged up as a concern in the home report. It was done quickly and then provided with a quote to have the required and recommended work done - all explained pretty clearly. Sandy also agreed to do a few minor and cosmetic jobs which were beyond what I'd originally asked for, which was really appreciated.
Everything was done pretty quickly and for what is as far as I can tell very good value.

Sandy advised us and supplied and installed new interlinked Smoke/Heat alarms and a Carbon monoxide detector at our property. On completion, he issued us with a Fire safety certificate and provided clear instructions on regular testing and maintenance. He also carried out some repair work to our outdoor (PIR) security lighting. This was a very professional service, carried out quickly and competently at a reasonable price. We have had our electric heating of 3 storage heaters replaced. The company was prompt to reply to our initial enquiry, gave us quotes quickly, scheduled the work and came on the days specified to do the work. They were pleasant, friendly, efficient and the work was done in good time. They cleared up all the debris and mess after the installations.
We will use them again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
