We had a new boiler fitted. The experience was excellent.
Both engineers were prompt at arriving and the standard of work carried out very good indeed. Time was taken to explain how to work the system (including the Hive process).
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent job, well done again to Scott & team. I first found Gas Boiler Technicians Ltd last November and December, regarding having no heating problem with the boiler. This company go above & beyond especially for vulnerable disabled customers. They did a excellent job in December, great price, friendly, very helpful. On Saturday there was a downstairs toilet leak. I was very impressed with Scott’s work before - not only are he and his team highly skilled with heating & boilers, I remembered talking to Darren - they also have many skills in plumbing. So on Monday morning I emailed the lovely lady Lorraine, the office manager, and Darren arrived the next day, this afternoon. Being a vulnerable lady living alone and worried about letting tradesmen in, Darren is lovely, always smiling, friendly and very trustworthy in my home. He explained everything he was doing step by step. He repaired downstairs toilet leak, fixed upstairs the leaking shower and my en-suite leaking toilet & replaced the sink drainage push button. He was here for 4 hours, nothing was too much bother. He also had to leave and go to get replacement parts. Came back again “cheerful “ - for me that’s important. Considering the work and time Darren put in, the cost was excellent, a very good price. Scott’s business do not overcharge or add unseen costs on. If you're looking for excellent workmanship at a fair price, don’t call any other company than Gas Boiler Technicians, you will not be disappointed. Had an old gas combi boiler replaced with a new Glow worm boiler. Gas Boiler Technicians Ltd gave me a really good quote for the work involved. It was less than half the price of two quotes from other companies I received. I dealt with Scott over the phone to arrange the job and Tony was the technician who did the installation. Nothing but good things to say about both of them. Arrived on schedule and worked away at the job until it was finished. Cleaned up after completing the work. Slight hiccup with one of the cables which was rectified a day later. First time I have used the company, and will use them again for the services. Worth the 5* rating.

Leak fixed and additional work which was unexpected was done. Was talked through everything that was required.
Super efficient service and would highly recommend.

Supplied and fitted 2 radiators (Victorian style) and supplied and installed new radiator in our cinema area as previously not one there. Very professional company throughout the process. Scott did a fantastic job and has a pleasant nature and everything left tidy

Replacement of boiler value, new thermostat fitted, excellent, friendly trustworthy. Scott came out. fixed valve. got hot water & heating working. He was a pleasure to deal with friendly, nice, helpful, then he sent out Darren to fit valve. Darren was nice, cheerful and helpful. Then Scott dealt with a second thermostat problem. I had to contact him on a Saturday, no problem for him, he was in constant contact making arrangements for one of his team Tony to come first thing on Monday morning. Tony was nice, cheerful and helpful. He got the heating & hot water back on. Please use Scott’s business as it is very hard to find good honest tradesmen. You will not be disappointed. He was also very understanding about a payment problem, even though the second job had been completed. Not a lot of tradesmen would have waited. I am a disabled, vulnerable female living alone. Scott & his team were a pleasure to deal with in my home. I will be using his company for any future boiler problems, also I was so impressed with him I have taken out a yearly boiler service cover. Got boiler serviced and a new heating timer unit fitted. All concerned from the office staff to the two engineers that I dealt with were polite, pleasant and professional.
Cost was as stated at the outset.
I am pleased with the service they provided and would use them again. I was especially pleased that they managed to fit their visit around my awkward availability.
