Replaced faulty dvd drive on laptop.
Fast friendly and efficient service. They even uplifted and returned my laptop to my door. Brilliant guys.

My laptop stopped taking upgrades to its Windows10 operating system.
Having used them previously with problems with my PC I contacted Berserk Computers firstly by phone, to ensure their Ayr shop was open following COVID restrictions being lifted.
Both Lhyam and Josh in the shop were able to diagnose what they thought could be the problem with my laptop, and gave me a timeframe and costing for effecting the repair.
The job was completed successfully at the cost given and within the timeframe.
I would advise anyone needing their PC or laptop checked or repaired to go to Bereserk Computers in the first instance, Lhyam and Josh are very approachable, and provide a first class service

New hard drive fitted, all data saved and upgraded.
Each step of repair process explained fully, and quote given prior to repair giving customer the option to proceed or not.
Service was friendly, fast a very honest answer given when asked if repairable.
Would most certainly recommend.
