Had them carry out ECIR inspection on my house, the two guys that turned up were polite and carried out the inspection, once complete they told there were a couple of minor issues and that the company would provide a quote to rectify these issues, the quote duly arrived but had additional work that I had not been made aware of included, when I queried the need for this extra work I was fobbed off via email, I cancelled the planned work and have now asked another electrical contractor for a second opinion. Despite asking for a copy of the report carried out I haven't received one.

Very professional firm. Extremely helpful, from the Receptionist (telephone) to the owner. No job too small. Quick response, job costed and estimate given. I always use this firm for my electrical work, extremely satisfied with their work. Highly recommend.

I had been advised by my central heating maintenance contractor that my boiler had not been installed properly (by another registered gas engineer ) and a safety feature allowing the boiler to cool down after it had stopped had not been wired to my hot water tank. This was why it was making gurgling and banging noises.

They gave me the number of allan electrical whom they use as a sub-contractor.

Johnathon and Chris came and within a short period of time they had investigated and rewired my boiler correctly. Excellent knowledge of what needed done to the appliance without the need to drill any holes in my ceiling for other connections.

Very professional job and I would certainly use them again

The technician replaced our main fuse board. No problems and no mess.
