George of GEM totally organised for Graeme Watson (Joinery Services) and himself to revamp my garage - all new timbers and new roof, along with restoring and painting the basic structure. They were absolutely excellent in carrying out the work as promised, to plan and and in good time and their charges were entirely reasonable for the work carried out. I was particularly grateful as I live at some distance from the property and so everything was essentially arranged on trust (on both sides!). I am very happy indeed with the result.

The village community centre is a very old building with internal guttering and old flashing and when it rained damp patchs appeared causing damage to the walls.
Another roofer had been out, but the issues continued.
Gem Roofing came at the time agreed and after checking out the roof, came down and showed me pictures of the two issues and explained what was required.
He then went back up and made the necessary repairs to the guttering and flashing.

I have found George to be a very reliable and experienced roofer whose work can be relied to last. I have used George over the past 4 years. The last job was to repair chimney stack, replace pots with vents and skews along the roof edge.

I had been let down by three other roofers. After seeing George's van, I called and discussed the job. George came round as planned and carried out the job promptly.
Two leaks were sourced and sorted along with the replacement of some broken/missing slates. The gutters were also cleaned and repaired.

Had a small leak. Contacted George on Monday morning and got a prompt response that he would take a look later in the week.
