New boiler,very good

With sale of a rental property which I own imminent I was referred to John by another contractor. He attended my property to make an initial assessment and following that it was agreed that he would prepare an EICR. I contacted him Thursday, 29 January, his first visit was on Friday, 30 January and the EICR was carried on Monday, 2 February - in effect carried out in the space of three working days. In fact he took the time to reply to a message I sent him on 31 January. He certainly knows his stuff and has been commented on in the past it is clear that he is a man of integrity. He dealt with everything quickly and professionally. Although a lot of what he was saying was over and above my head I was reassured that he knew what he was talking about. He is truly a first rate trader and I am more than happy to recommend him. He is also likely to now be a "go to person" should we need an electrician in the future.

Have used Thomas Graham in the past and always found them to be helpful and attentive. Had a problem with a shower which they looked at and recommended it be replaced. Work done to a high standard, at a convenient time and at a competitive price. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fitted new handrail on internal staircase and creating panel effect. Arrived when advised and explained all aspects of the work being done. Cleaned up after when finished. Professional and friendly service. I would recommend him to friends.
