Review a trader

Ideal Electrical have just installed new dimplex storage heaters for me. Everyone was super helpful. The guys that carried out the work were personable, prompt and tidy workers. Mark the MD was very patient and responded quickly and helpfully to my emails. Unfortunately one of the storage heaters and the dimplex hub were faulty. Mark and Chris helped me liaise with dimplex re the heater and were quick to replace the hub. Without a doubt they would be my go to for any future work.

We had a fantastic experience with Edinburgh Flooring Company and would recommend them. They were slightly more expensive than another quote we had but it was worth every penny. The customer service was excellent and they squeezed us in right before Christmas. Craig was very reliable and took great care to check details with us. He left the house spotless and the finishes around the stairs (a tricky curve) are great. Can't recommend them enough for their promt, friendly, high quality service.

Had staircase, ceiling and doors painted. Also had kitchen ceiling and walls painted. The members of this team are so polite and take pride in their work. Every day they tidied up and you would not know workmen had been in. Great care was taken and everything explained to me if there was a problem. Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be in touch again.

Alex and his team refitted our kitchen in October to a very high standard. This was a long overdue refurb we were continually putting off due to feeling overwhelmed by how much needed to be done.

Alex simplified the whole process with excellent design ideas and the choices were perfect for us. Added to this was the speed in which the job took place. His excellent team completed the substantial project in five days. They were poilite, unintrusive and went above and beyond with ideas and finishing touches that completed our new kitchen beautifully.

Shan and the team at SA Heating Services were excellent. We were having some central heating/radiator issues and they carried out a comprehensive review of the system and recommended a cost effective solution to rectify the problem. Works were carried out diligently and with care. Very happy with the service and will definitely contact them again if we have any issues in the future.

Having had bad experiences of scaffolders in the past these guys were great.

No hassles erecting of disassembling - team were polite and considerate and while I’m no expert the scaffolding looked much safer when up than was the case with previous suppliers.

Very happy. Would use again but hopefully wont need to.

New windows fitted, excellent and prompt service, would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Gordon helped us set up new lighting and reconfigure existing lights as part of our new kitchen installation. Gordon we very helpful in thinking through where and what type of lighting would work best for our kitchen. He was very flexible and responsive in the back and forth to the work done in the timeframe we needed.

Various renovations to our office including repairs to doors, windows and walls, removing an internal wall, laying new flooring and liaising with electricians. David is honest, reliable, highly skilled, efficient and fair on price.

Calder’s were tremendously helpful when we needed a headstone for our daughter who passed away. They were very professional while showing compassion in the circumstances and talked us through many options for the memorial. They kept us posted with progress and provided an example etching for the headstone and when the quality of the marble they had ordered didn’t match their standards had it reordered rather than install mismatching stonework. The final product is a fitting tribute for our daughter and will be using them again when it comes time. Highly recommended.
